Because our services involve dedicated time, expert labor, and strategic execution, our refund policy differs from traditional e-commerce stores. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
1. General Service Terms
All services provided by Sygnius Solutions are billed based on customized agreements, hourly rates, or project milestones. By engaging our services, you agree to the specific billing terms outlined in your service contract, proposal, or invoice.
2. Refund Eligibility by Service Category
Virtual Assistance & Back-Office Operations
- Rendered Services: We do not offer refunds for hours already worked or tasks already completed by our Virtual Assistants or Back-Office teams. You are billed strictly for the labor and time utilized.
- Pre-paid Retainers: If you cancel a prepaid monthly retainer before the billing cycle begins or before any hours are utilized, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of the unused balance, subject to a standard processing fee.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Campaign Execution: Due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and lead generation, we cannot guarantee specific financial returns or instant algorithmic rankings. Therefore, no refunds are provided once a campaign has been launched, strategy has been delivered, or optimization work has commenced.
- Third-Party Ad Spend: Any funds allocated directly to third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) are strictly non-refundable by Sygnius Solutions.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel ongoing service agreements by providing written notice. The required notice period (typically 15 to 30 days) will be explicitly specified in your individual service agreement. You will be billed for any work completed up to the final date of the cancellation period, and no further charges will apply thereafter.
4. Administrative & Billing Errors
If you believe you were overcharged or billed in error due to a technical or administrative glitch on our end, please contact us immediately. Verified billing errors will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
